Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are made and shipped within 1 to 14 days depending on the item. Specific processing times are listed on individual product pages.

Shipping: All orders ship via USPS with tracking. North America typically arrives within 3 to 10 days. We do our best to meet these estimates but can't guarantee USPS delivery times. Items marked "delivered" by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Addresses: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, a full refund isn't guaranteed.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs or import fees. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.
