Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
We're a two-person shop, so orders go out in batches a few times a week. Processing usually takes 1 to 14 days depending on the item, with specifics on each product page.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
Everything ships USPS with tracking. North America usually lands in 3 to 10 days. We do our best to hit those windows but can't guarantee USPS, and once they mark something delivered, we treat it as delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
What if I entered the wrong address?
Double-check it at checkout. If a package can't be delivered because the address was off, we can't guarantee a full refund, so it's worth a second look before you hit buy.
Will I owe customs or import fees?
Any customs or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and we can't control customs delays.
Stickers & care
Are your stickers waterproof, and how long do they last?
Yep. Durable, waterproof vinyl that shrugs off rain, sun, and the occasional coffee spill. We stick ours on our own laptops and bottles before they go up for sale, so they last years, not weeks.
Will a sticker wreck my laptop or leave residue?
No. They hold tight while you want them and peel clean when you don't. No goo left behind.
What size are the stickers?
Sizes vary by design. You'll find exact dimensions on each product page.
Returns, exchanges & problems
What's your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is on the buyer, and items need to come back in original condition.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Once it's shipped we can't cancel it.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
That's on us. Email a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Custom, bulk & wholesale
Do you make custom or bulk orders for teams?
We do, and it's some of our favorite work. Custom sticker packs, co-branded swag, conference bundles, onboarding kits. Head to our Swag & Teams page or send a message and we'll figure out the details.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We're on Faire for retail wholesale, and you can reach out directly for anything that doesn't fit there.
How long do custom orders take?
Depends on size and what you need. We'll quote a real lead time up front, and there are rush options for when the conference is sooner than you'd like.
The shop
Who actually makes this stuff?
Us. Lindsay and Rob, two designers who also write code, working out of Indianapolis. We draw the designs, vet the materials, and pack the orders.
Where are you based?
Indianapolis, Indiana. It's why the local designs are so specific, and why you'll catch us at Midwest markets in person.
How do I get in touch?
