Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how it works.

Returns and exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Email help@boltsandstars.com within 7 days of delivery to start one. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and items must come back in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or used, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
